How to Submit Your Portfolio

1. Download the checklist using the button above.
2. Complete the checklist to ensure all required items are included.
3. Organize your portfolio (digital files or scanned documents are preferred).
4. Upload your portfolio using the form below.
5. Submit your information and confirm your contact details are correct.

📌 After submission, you will receive an email within 24 hours to schedule your required Zoom portfolio review meeting.

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG. If you have multiple files, you may combine them into one PDF or upload them together.
